Almitee was formed from a collaboration between Bits N Sites and Revale.

As an IT management company, Bits N Sites comes across the floor of various companies. Providing good support and assistance to clients is one of their crucial tasks in this regard. Although several software packages were deployed for this support, none fully met the expectations of the support team.

Inspired by the idea 'what you do yourself, you usually do better' and based on years of practical experience, Bits N Sites decided together with Revale to develop its own application that had to meet various requirements:

• The application should be focused on providing support and be adaptable for use across different industries.
• The application must provide a solution to the diverse problems the support team faces on a daily basis.
• It must be a user-friendly application that is also available on mobile.
• Multiple organizations must be able to be managed by 1 admin account.
• The application must save significant time.
• Reports must be able to be generated.
• In time, the application must also become available to external parties.

Bits N Sites has been using Almitee for some time for its own clients. In 2024, it was decided to make the application more widely available in order to gather more feedback and further develop the product into a high-quality product accessible to all.
